Hi, I’m Felix Harder and welcome to Simple Muscle. Here’s a little bit about me:
I’m a 25-year-old fitness coach and amazon best-selling author. I initially started this blog out of frustration over all the contradictory advice found on the internet, when it comes to workouts, dieting and fitness in general. Every “fitness guru” was teaching something different and I got hit hard by information overload. 
So a few years ago I decided to do my own research and gather workout and dieting advice that is proven to work. Not by bro-science but by actual science. Once I knew how the ideal workout looked like, I started building muscle like never before. Along the way I noticed two things:
1. Most of the advice you get in the gym or from friends is useless.
2. Building muscle and losing fat is a lot simpler than many people make it out to be. 
Since then I published several books and created video courses to help out beginners, who are in the same position I was when starting out. 
The purpose of Simple Muscle is to be a source of straight-forward and science-backed advice for those wanting to build muscle and get in shape.
On my blog, I share all of the fitness advice, workout routines, diet tips and motivation strategies that I discovered over the years and that have made a measurable difference to my health and overall quality of life.
